Do you work on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis?
Both. Time-and-materials for long engagements requiring a regular presence within your teams. Fixed-price for defined deliverables: audits, tool development, training. We work out the best fit together during the first call.
Where do you work?
Based in Lyon, I work entirely remotely, with no geographic limit. Occasional on-site visits remain possible on an exceptional basis if the context calls for it. I can work in English if needed.
How does the first call work?
A 30 to 45 minute call to understand your context, your challenge, and whether my profile is the right fit. No commitment, no sales pitch. We talk about your problem.
What's your response time?

My daily rate varies depending on the type of engagement, complexity, and duration. I'll give you an estimate during our first call, since context always comes before price.
